Does looking at a laptop screen for a long time hinder your eyesight or make your vision worse?
medically speaking, not oppinions please
I have a friend who is an optometrist. He told me to try to minimize me viewing of a computer screen or a TV to less than 6 hours a day. He said that the almost imperceptible flickering of the screen refreshing is causing my occasional headaches. He did not say anything about it impacting my vision as such.
